Pizza was good. Staff is nice...

Seemed to be short staffed. Bartender was working tables when i got there. Initially slow service but as it cleared out noticed others coming in got very quick service. Took a long time for pizza to get to me, as a result not very hot and definitely not as tasty as i remember it used to be.

Pizza was amazing and server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and beverages. Great dinning experience!!!

Food was good but a lil pricey

The pizza was outstanding and they offer safe options for people with peanut allergies. Great service accompanies the great food!

The service was excellent, Corey I believe. Attentive w/o overbearing. First rate. The food: Meatball app was room temperature, as were pizzas. Wth? No regard for temperature with food or beverage. Had to get a cold glass for my beer. Pizza was great, just needed to be cooked more. Flavors were great.

We love Mellow! Grabbed some salads and a pizza on our way out of town. Safe and delicious!

We had great food. I'm eating plant based and they have some good tasting vegan options. The service was a little off even though there were not many customers. The prince was pretty high for me. I will give the mellow mushroom my business again. I just hope next time the prices drop and the service improves.

Good vibes, great location in Farragut... less than half a mile from the interstate.The staff there is plentiful, friendly, and helpful.It is a pizza restaurant, but there menu items are expansive. They have several TVs up, which is great for watching sports.The dining room is huge, with a big long string of continuous windows that let's in tons of natural light. They even have an outdoor patio!!

Very clean. They were following social distancing protocols and every employee was wearing a face mask. Service was nice and fast. They also now have touch-less digital menus that you can look at on your phone.

My girlfriend, her kids, and I popped in after visiting Greenback Castle in Maryville. The service and pies were excellent. We got carryout boxes for what we couldn't finish, but I totally spaced out and left them at our table. Before I could make it back in they had bussed our table and the boxes got tossed.... so they made us 2 small pies to go 🙃🍕🍄☮💚

They have one of my favorite vegan pizzas. There are so many topping options. The only bad thing is that they have really slow service. It takes a while for them to cook pizzas, and it is pretty consistently slow. But it is good-tasting food!

The atmosphere was great, and don't get me started on the service (it was amazing). I really appreciated the importance of natural resources. Even the straws were eco-friendly. It was a very pleasant experience!! The food was awesome, especially the appetizers. Would recommend!!

I love Mellow Mushroom, or I did. It's a little pricey, they reduced amount of ingredients, and they didn't mention a $2.50 charge for including jalapenos on pizza. I wouldn't have added them, had I known about extra charge. Pizza tasted great. Service fair to good.

I arrived at MM because my team was celebrating so we got seated right away then we waited for a good amount of time for our food it was super good but then when we left and arrived at our hotel my brother had vomited so I thought he was just sick but then me and my other vomited. I’m pretty sure it was because of the pizza we ate.... So we got food poisoned.

Friendly staff and amazing food. 4th location Ive been to and there product consistancy is AWESOME!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Don't expect a quality drink. Unless you dislike alcohol, then you're good to go. Also, the burger sounds better than it tastes. Steamed, bland meat. Tasted like high school all over again.

Great pizza place, as is all Mellow Mushroom locations I have frequented. I've been to a dozen plus locations and all are consistently good quality and service, great beer selection and food, side salads are amazing especially considering their price of $5 or less, large quantity fresh. Plus I love the hippie theme, I'll always support these establishments

The young man who answered the phone hung up on us! I called at 9pm to place an order was informed they had just closed. I politely informed him that online it says they close at 10 pm. He immediately stated, very rudely, that it does say they close at 9 now and then hung up on me. Perhaps their website states the new time but on Google it still says 10 pm. I totally understand having different hours due to Covid, that is not my complaint. But I don’t appreciate the ugly tone of voice and being hung up on. I will most likely not visit any Mellow Mushroom again. Especially if this is an indication of their customer service.

Oh my gosh. Two words: Holy Shitake. Yep, that is the best pizza I've ever had. If you like garlic, you will love it. Started off with the spinach salad, which was so good with dried cherries and candied pecans. Yum. Will be back. The ambience was the only down side. It is more of a casual lunch time kind of place as opposed to a nighttime dinner atmosphere. No big deal, I guess, if you're not looking for a romantic evening. The food makes up for that!

Not your normal Mellow Mushroom. Service was good and the food was ok. Not sure if menu is location specific but first time at a MM where typical order was different than any other MM we have been in. Food was good just different. Restrooms were clean and store was clean just a little dry for a MM.

Great pizza and the server was friendly and kept the drinks flowing like a river.

Always my #1 for pizza/calzones been to locations from Tennessee all the way to Florida. Mellow Mushroom is always spot on with service and quality.

Only 1 star because 0 isnt an option! Bad move mellow! I have a medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask. It was illegal for your employees to ask me about. More than 2 employees asked. The third one informed me I must leave because of this. This is discrimination due to a medical diagnosis! YOU HAVE LOST A VERY FREQUENT LOYAL CUSTOMER! I ALSO PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!

This place made my love for pizza even stronger. Sauce is amazing, crust is amazing, toppings are fresh and delicious. Good salads and many other options. Stuffed mushroom,..... phenomenal!Update: just because it's a chain doesn't mean every place is good. I have tried the Mellow Mushroom downtown Knoxville about five times and every time the pizza is absolute garbage. I don't understand but every time they screw it up so bad.

Mellow is usually my favorite pizza place. This location was...meh. It is basically a sports bar, not quite the "mellow mushroomy" atmosphere I've seen at other ones. The service was very slow as well. My pizza was pretty good, but just not quite what it usually is. My husband was ecstatic over his loaded potato pizza, however.

OMG. The gluten free pizza was amazing!!!! I wish there was one northwest of Philadelphia.

As always, it is my favorite go to for pizza and pretzels. Absolutely delicious. Abbey was remarkable in her server duties while attending to others as well. Excellent job everyone. 👍👍👍

By far the best pizza around. Very consistent in quality- not like other places where it's always one thing or another that is wrong.

Tasty pizza and excellent crust to boot.

Went here with family who was visiting from out of town. We ordered 2 pizzas, one of them being the mushroom one. We were very disappointed when the pizza had around 2 mushrooms per slice! Hardly any cheese either. We were very disappointed. Our waitress handled the issue graciously and we ended up getting a new pizza. This was what we expected the first one to look like. The manager told us that the first one is typical and that “mushrooms cook down”. I have cooked mushrooms before. They won’t cook down to nothing. I added pictures of the first and second pizza to show the difference. Apparently you have to ask for “extra” mushrooms if you want to have more than 2 mushrooms on each slice. (Picture 1 Holy Shiitake Pizza before we said anything. Picture 2 same type of pizza after they fixed it)

Food was very good, but kitchen was extremely slow. It took over an hour to get our hoagie sandwich. Not great when you are traveling. Experience was made worse by the fact that table behind us ordered after us, got the same sandwich as us, and received their sandwiches free because of the long wait. They did not complain, and neither did we, but we were not even offered a discount

Ordered a mushroom pizza expecting Mushrooms but this is what we got. Management says that's what corporate expects but didn't blame us for complaining and took care of us with a new pizza. Hey corporate, you have a problem limiting your mushrooms on pizzas from a pizza place that you expect a lot of mushrooms. See photo, before and after begging for extra mushrooms.

Went on Trivia night. Kinda busy but super fun. Really enjoyed our time there and the atmosphere was awesome. Food was spectacular I never thought I would like a pizza without meat. I like the Holy Shitake so much its my new favorite!

We always enjoy the food at Mellow Mushroom, but the service today was very slow. It took 35 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Our server was very slow getting drink refills. In fact, the manager had to come and give us refills. We arrived at about 1:20 pm on a Sunday and it didn't seem that busy. No complaints about the food. It was good. We had the Holy Shitake Pizza Pie and a Greek salad.

Never had eaten at one let alone hear of this restaurant before that day. Very pleasantly surprised to find facility was clean. Staff was very expedient and helpful. Portions were better than I expected. Food was very tasty.

Wow! We love this place. Although they're famous for their pizzas, we got a Greek salad and their outrageous mushroom soup. The salad was big enough that I got lunch and dinner from it. Their house dressing for this salad was outstanding, thick and flavorful. My wife liked the soup so much that she ordered a second one to take out. We got bread tips to go with the meal, and they rounded out the meal perfectly. Looking forward to trying their hand-tossed pizza on our next visit.

Airy,casual restaurant that specializes in pizza but also has salads and sandwiches. A little glitch when I got there. Someone forgot I was there. As soon as they realized it they were apologetic and everything went well from then on. Problem corrected so all was good. Food is good. Located in an upper scale shopping center at the corner of Lovell Rd and Parkside drive.
